Transparency notice regarding contractor dispatch, licensing, manufacturer warranties, and emergency response.
All plumbing installations and emergency repairs arranged through this website are executed by licensed, insured, and independent Colorado trade contractors and master plumbers. All manufacturer warranties (such as 6-year, 10-year, or 12-year tank warranties) are honored directly by the respective equipment manufacturers (Bradford White, Rheem, Navien, Rinnai, A.O. Smith).
Emergency response times are targets and may vary based on weather conditions, traffic, and regional emergency volume. Customers will be informed of estimated arrival times during initial dispatch phone contact.
